Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of the product quality and reliability systems
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation relating to quality, reliability and process
- Create CMM programs using PC-DMIS software to support part quality verification
- Measure tool components and document
- Implement detection systems to eliminate problems that affect quality and reliability
- Prepare and present reports (PPM, Cost of Quality, NCR, Process Routing, etc.)
- Develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting and problem solving
- Accurately files all Quality paperwork (customer complaints, control plans, quality alerts, weekly logs, etc.)
- Manage and control gauge calibration system
- Accurately complete and submit on time customer PPAP’s
- Develop Control Plans & In Process Inspection Records
- Responsible for issuing NCR’s, creating a process for containment, writing clear instructions and reports
- Responsible for performing 8-D corrective actions and writing reports for submission to customer
