Experience & Technical Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in cable harness, electrical, and mechanical assembly.
- strong ability to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders, and all other controlling documentation.
- Proven proficiency in the use of hand tools specific to this work.
- Understanding of Cable Harness & Electro-Mechanical Assembly processes.
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school or college diploma preferred.

Responsibilities
As a Level II Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of Cable/Wire Harnesses and Electro-Mechanical devices according to detailed customer specifications. This position requires the ability to flawlessly follow assembly processes and procedures by interpreting work instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. You will utilize both your hands and specialized equipment to achieve the highest level of precision.
- Assemble cables per requirements (Bill of Materials, Drawings, and Specifications).
- Perform essential wire preparation: cut, strip, crimp, and tin wires (automated and manual).
- Execute detailed assembly steps, including: inserting contacts into connectors, applying tie wraps, flat ribbon cable assembly, shrink tubing, and soldering.
- Install back shells and apply labels on wires/cables.
- Contribute to general Electro-Mechanical assembly.
- Construct Harness Boards.
- Perform crucial quality checks: inspection, testing, and pull tests on cable wires and devices.
- Maintain familiarity with the production environment and quality requirements.
- Work safely and adhere to all safety procedures.
