Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Manage, maintain, and update all Food Safety and Quality documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  
  
• FSMS/HACCP Oversight: Ensure the robust implementation and continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), including the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan.
  
  
• Internal & External Audits: Prepare for, participate in, and manage follow-up activities for both internal and third-party food safety/quality audits.
  
  
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA: Lead and execute comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations and non-conformances. Develop, implement, and monitor effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  
  
• Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to GMP, food safety, and quality procedures.
  
  
• Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
