Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience (Residential or Hotel background preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. strong math skills are required.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and internet research for parts/manuals.
- Compliance: Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Execute work orders involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting/ballasts, painting, and carpentry.
- Unit Turnovers: Supervise and assist in the "make-ready" process to ensure vacant units are pristine for new residents.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled equipment inspections and life-safety testing; maintain meticulous records for code compliance.
- Operational Support: Partner with the Property Manager to forecast annual maintenance budgets and manage supply inventory/ordering.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a "safety first" environment for yourself, the team, and our residents.
- Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to handle urgent facility issues.
