Responsibilities

As a Site Manager with a leader in the industry, you are the "face" of our operations. Your daily duties will include:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet specific client needs. 
• Employee Relations: Acting as the primary liaison for talent—managing payroll, coaching, and performance tracking.
• Client Strategy: Partnering with client managers to understand production goals and workforce requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: Conducting site safety walk-throughs and ensuring all employees follow workplace regulations.
• Retention Programs: Implementing initiatives to keep our workforce engaged and reducing turnover.
• Reporting: Managing real-time data on fill rates, attendance, and productivity metrics
