What You’ll Do
- Lead the Crew: Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance staff to ensure peak performance.
- Optimize the System: Manage and monitor our Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programs to minimize downtime.
- Master the Shop: Oversee repair activity, manage parts inventory, and handle repair order documentation.
- Safety First: Maintain a shop that complies with strict safety guidelines—ensuring every team member goes home safe.
- Project Management: Direct facility upgrades and repairs while meeting tight deadlines
