- Computer Proficiency is Mandatory: You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing. A computer assessment will be administered during the interview.

- Business Casual Attire: This is a corporate environment. You will wear professional business casual attire and comfortable dress shoes (no tactical uniforms).
- Reliable Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel between our Brentwood and Edgewood locations as needed.
- Medical Emergency Leadership: You are the first responder. You must be willing to "own the scene" during medical emergencies (CPR/AED) until paramedics arrive.
- Flexibility: Candidates must be open to occasional overtime, staying late for coverage, and potential shift changes.

Responsibilities
- Monitor & Protect: Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and conduct roving patrols (inside and outside) to ensure the safety of assets and personnel.
- Corporate Concierge: Act as the first line of contact for associates and visitors; issue badges and manage access with a high level of professionalism.
- Administrative Duties: Manage security records, key controls, and handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Emergency Response: Respond to alarm events and medical emergencies immediately.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Security, Military, or high-level Customer Service background preferred. Veterans without specific guard experience are encouraged to apply.
- Tech Skills: Must pass a computer literacy assessment (Word/Excel/Typing).
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification is preferred (and required to perform the job duties).
- Soft Skills: Must be proactive, articulate in email and verbal communication, and capable of working independently without sleeping or distraction.
