Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor / Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team in Union City. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately, inventory is tracked precisely, and our facility remains safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pull boxes for the order team and process order requests with high accuracy.
- Shipping & Logistics: Pack boxes securely and utilize computer systems to ship orders via UPS and FedEx.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts, assist in unloading trucks, and check in new products.
- Reporting: Create and maintain detailed inventory reports to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Warehouse Organization: Sort items according to organizational standards and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems for shipping (UPS/FedEx) and data entry for reports.
- Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be able to work the standard Monday–Friday shift and be available for mandatory Sunday overtime when required.
