You will perform a variety of tasks ranging from interior repairs to exterior groundskeeping, ensuring the facility remains in top condition year-round.

Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Perform interior repairs including installing sheetrock, changing locks, and hanging doors.
- System Support: Assist with basic electrical tasks such as changing light fixtures and running wires.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior property through landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal snow removal/salting.
- Porter Services: Ensure the facility is clean and sanitized.
- Logistics Support: Utilize forklifts to load/unload merchandise and keep storage or warehouse areas organized.
