Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Execution: Interpret technical blueprints and Work Instructions to execute precise welds across all positions (horizontal, vertical, and overhead).
- Assembly & Preparation: Secure components using clamps and fixtures; perform accurate part counts to maintain rigorous quality control standards before starting the weld.
- Equipment Mastery: Operate all welding machinery, hoists, and power lift stands in strict accordance with manufacturer manuals and safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive leak testing on completed units to ensure structural integrity and product performance.
- Specialized Production: Fabricate high-precision components specifically for solid oxide fuel cell power generation systems.
- Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent, high-quality output.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time production logs and administrative paperwork.
