- High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical degree preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years in PCB or similar manufacturing environments, including knowledge of complex board manufacturing (military rigid and rigid-flex).
- Understanding of industry standards and specifications (IPC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
- Proficient with computers, including data entry, reporting, and the ability to learn new software.
- Organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8–12 hour shifts, including walking on uneven surfaces and repeated short distances (approx. 20 ft) for loading/unloading equipment.
- Ability to consistently/repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safely work with chemicals, and implement company safety protocols.
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments and work as a team player.
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required by departmental goals.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation & Technical Tasks
- Set up and operate specialized department equipment, including CNC drill machines, lamination/exposure systems, and semi-automatic tools, with minimal supervision.
- Execute process-specific tasks such as loading/unloading drill cassettes, mixing dry film materials, and performing manual finishing like wet sanding.
- Perform routine maintenance, equipment calibrations, and minor repairs to ensure machines remain active and productive.
- Monitor production runs for consistency, making necessary adjustments to equipment or tables to meet tolerances.
- Verify work orders.
- Conduct visual and technical inspections.
- Ensure all panels meet job specifications and IPC standards before moving them to the next department.
- Stop production immediately if defects are found and report issues to management.
- Accurately enter job details into manufacturing tracking systems and maintain records of material usage and production runs.
- Follow all process procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining tool/material inventory and scheduling preventive maintenance for departmental equipment.
