Role Summary We are looking for a Press Operator to manage the setup and daily operation of our industrial press machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring that every run meets strict quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace in our Natomas facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Calibration: Install dies, plates, or cylinders and adjust pressure and speed settings for each specific job.
- Production Management: Feed raw materials into the press and monitor the run to prevent jams or misalignment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent visual inspections and measurements to ensure output matches blueprints exactly.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic mechanical troubleshooting; assist with machine changeovers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production counts, waste, and any machine downtime.
salary: $17 - $20 per hour
