The Production Assembler is responsible for putting together components or parts of a product using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery. You will be the final hands that ensure our products are functional, safe, and built to the highest quality standards before they head out the door.

Responsibilities

• Assembly: Build components or full products by following technical blueprints, schematics, or standardized work instructions.
  
  
• Quality Control: Conduct "first-piece" and ongoing inspections to identify defects or misalignments.
  
  
• Tool Operation: Safely use various tools, including screwdrivers, soldering irons, torque wrenches, and pneumatic drills.
  
  
• Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean and perform basic maintenance on tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
  
  
• Documentation: Track production numbers and report any inventory shortages or equipment malfunctions to the lead.
