Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly master production schedules against plant capacity.
- Constraint Management: Identify and manage bottlenecks, evaluating trade-offs such as overtime vs. outsourcing and make-vs-buy decisions.
- Inventory Control: Own the performance of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory to align with cash targets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary planning interface for Sales, Engineering, and Quality, and support New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Process Improvement: Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve planning accuracy and execution.
