In this role you will be helping test and troubleshoot circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have at least a two-year degree in engineering technology and experience using a multimeter to measure voltages, resistances, and other electrical parameters. Analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for diagnosing faults and relating test results back to schematics. Great attention to detail and previous electro mechanical testing experience required. Experience in debugging is required.

Responsibilities

•  Build electromechanical sub-assemblies and full systems using technical drawings and wiring maps.
  
  
• Run manual and automated test procedures to verify system performance against specifications.
  
  
•  Use digital multimeters to verify continuity and measure voltages, resistances, and currents.
  
  
• Diagnose board-level failures by performing signal tracing and component-level analysis.
  
  
•  Map physical board behaviors and test results back to electrical schematics to isolate faults.
  
  
• Determine if failures are caused by component defects, assembly errors, or solder bridges.
  
  
• Log pass/fail data and write concise "Failure Analysis" reports for non-conforming units.
  
  
• Perform soldering and component replacement to bring failing units back to operational standards.
