Senior CNC Programmer/Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our team. Working at ACI Plastics, you will play a crucial role in our operations by developing and optimizing CNC programs to produce high quality parts which will meet the customer’s design specifications and allow us to exceed quality standards and hit production targets.

What do I have to do?

• Program 3- and 5-axis CNC routers.
• Draw parts in CAD.
• Make prototypes, including 2D & 3D solid modeling.
• Determine how to set up and run projects.
• Supervise staff to ensure production of quality parts.
• Turn your employees into a fantastic team.
• Mastercam proficiency is required!

What do I need?

• Five years prior experience programming and operating 3- and 5-axis CNC lathes.
• Use MasterCam to program the CNC lathes.
• Be able to draw parts in CAD.
• Prior experience building prototypes.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Completed technical school training or the equivalent.
