We are looking for a Machine Operator Helper to join our growing team right here in Murfreesboro, TN. Responsibilities



Responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Flexo machines within the converting department. Key duties include mounting and dismounting cutting and print dies, setting board pressures and guides, washing up ink stations, and clearing machine jams. The role requires strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout procedures and the consistent use of personal protective equipment—such as cut-resistant gloves and sleeves



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 35lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
