We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Production Operator to join a global leader in document solutions and technology. This role is vital to ensuring the delivery of time-critical information through high-quality print and finishing services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses deep technical expertise in digital printing, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

salary: $37,500 - $41,600 per year

Responsibilities

• Expert-level operation of Xerox equipment, specifically the Versant 4100, Nuvera 144, and D110 models.
• Hands-on experience with Fiery Command Station, Xerox FreeFlow MakeReady, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop.
• Operation of Heavy Duty Paper Cutters, Horizon Folding and Creasing machines, and laminating equipment.
• Mastery of various bindery methods including Coil, Wire-O, GBC, and screw posting, as well as custom tab creation and shrink-wrapping.
• Receive and prioritize jobs from PDF files and hard-copy scans based on machine capability and workload.
• Prepare packages for shipment via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and communicate job status clearly to customers and team members.
