What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of the production floor. You’ll be responsible for keeping high-speed injection and blow-molding lines running at peak performance.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on proprietary, state-of-the-art machinery.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled "PMs" to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Automation & Robotics: Interact with PLCs and sensors to identify and resolve logic errors.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Project Work: Assist with the installation and "dialing in" of new production lines.
- Experience: 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of 3-phase electricity (up to 480V), motor controls, and hydraulic systems.
- Mindset: A "root cause" thinker who doesn't just fix the symptom but finds the source of the problem.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Technical degree or Journeyman card is a huge plus.
- Reliability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods).

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines, extruders, trimmers, and associated automation equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V including motors, VFDs, PLCs, heaters, pressure gauges, and control wiring in a high-temperature, 3-phase industrial environment.
- Rebuild and repair mechanical components such as gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and pneumatic systems used throughout the blow molding process.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and machine diagrams to diagnose issues and execute repairs accurately and safely.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades, install new machinery, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
