We aren’t looking for a "bench-warmer"—we’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This is a purely mechanical role (minimal electrical testing) that requires "senior-level" assembly intuition without the over-complexities of a technician role. Responsibilities

• Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, and specialized holding devices
• Crimping, staking, screwing, and press-fitting—while installing moving parts like shafts and bearings to ensure fluid mechanical movement.
• Assembly tasks such as epoxy bonding, potting, curing, and etching, alongside secondary operations like drilling, tapping, and deburring using hand tools and drill presses.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections using precision instruments like micrometers, calipers, and GO/NO-GO gages
• Maintain quality records, including First Piece, In-Process, and Last Piece inspections, while managing serialization and color-coding for full production traceability.
