Are you looking for your next career opportunity as a mechanical assembler? Our client in Middletown, CT is looking to add an experienced mechanical assembler to their team. Qualified candidates will have experience in Mechanical assemblies, utilizing hand and power tools, and reading and interpretting blueprints and schematics. This is a first shift opportunity from 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Responsibilities

• Blueprints & Schematics: Read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure tools are built to exact design requirements.
  
  
• Precision Fitting: Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators) to align and fit components with high-tolerance accuracy.
  
  
• Mechanical Integration: Assemble sub-sections of machinery, including gearboxes, drive shafts, cutting blades, and conveyor components.
  
  
• Fastening & Sealing: Apply specific torque values to fasteners and ensure all joints are hermetically sealed to prevent food particles from entering internal mechanisms.
