Responsibilities
As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product cycle, from charging to discharge. This role involves operating and monitoring equipment, meticulously recording production data, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Manage product charging equipment, including start-up procedures, and monitor its continuous operation.
- Material Handling: Use hoists to lift and position stainless steel plates. Climb stairs to handle and place filtering cloth reels on machines.
- System Management: Work with both high and low hydraulic oil pressure systems and operate valves for a variety of tasks.
- Data Recording: Maintain precise records of task start/end times and production counts.
- Discharge and Alignment: Run product discharging towers, resetting digital timers as needed. Align and lower steel cages over cakes, using ladders for final checks.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Remove and replace the tops of cages (requires climbing stairs) and move large cages for washing. Perform general cleaning to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
