Are you a skilled technician ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician who not only brings electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills—including PLC experience—but also has a desire to grow into a leadership role.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing all plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You’ll work hands-on with complex systems, solve real-time production challenges, and play a key part in keeping our facility running at peak performance.

salary: $68,000 - $79,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Makes safety the number one priority by leading by example, addressing unsafe conditions & behaviors, and supporting safety improvement initiatives
- Supports continuous improvement by participating in events and submitting opportunities for improvements
- Working as a team or individual, perform maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Read, analyze, and interpret schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area following 5S standards
- Respond quickly to service call; interact with colleagues in a professional manner
- Use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document work and order parts
- Performs other related duties as needed and assigned
