Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute the facility’s preventative maintenance program by conducting scheduled inspections of fluid levels, filters, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Assist in analytical troubleshooting and perform directed corrective actions to resolve out-of-specification conditions for equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
- Workspace Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized maintenance department and ensure all work areas are promptly restored after repairs are completed.
- Documentation & Records: Accurately log all maintenance, modifications, and repairs while keeping shop manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation organized and updated.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage the inventory of tools and replacement parts, run company errands, and safely operate vehicles to pick up necessary supplies.
- Operational Safety: Prioritize the safe handling of customer inventory to prevent loss and suggest improvements to enhance facility efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Professional Conduct: Report for work punctually, follow all manufacturer and company guidelines, and maintain effective, professional communication with supervisors and co-workers.
