The Role: What You’ll Do As a Senior Programmer, you aren't just pushing buttons—you are the architect of our production process. Your daily impact includes:

• Advanced Programming: Developing and optimizing programs for 3- and 5-axis CNC routers.
• Design & Prototyping: Drawing parts in CAD and executing 2D & 3D solid modeling for prototypes.
• Project Leadership: Determining the best setup and run strategies for complex projects.
• Mentorship: Supervising and training staff to maintain high quality and safety standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Expertise: At least 5 years of verifiable experience programming/operating 3 & 5 axis machines.
• Software Mastery: Mastercam proficiency is a must.
• Technical Skill: Ability to draw in CAD and use precision tools (micrometers/calipers).
• Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory role and a background in building prototypes.
• Education: Completed technical school training or equivalent professional experience.
