- The Basics: High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+.
- Education/Experience: You have a 2-year trades degree (or are working on one) OR 4+ years of solid plant maintenance experience.
- Electrical Grit: Understanding of 3-phase electrical and motor controls.
- The "Tech" Mindset: You have high attention to detail, legible record-keeping skills, and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day could include:
- System Diagnostics: Troubleshooting electrical systems (starters, fuses, relays) and advanced controls.
- Fluid Power: Maintaining and repairing hydraulic pumps, valves, and air cylinders.
- Advanced Controls: Working with PLCs (ladder diagrams, inputs/outputs) and programming Powerflex 525 drives.
- Fabrication: Using your welding and machining skills to create solutions on the fly.
- Building Care: Managing "big picture" maintenance from boilers and plumbing to small installations.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and production leads to ensure the plant hits its goals.
