Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to assemble electrical components.
  
  
• Wiring & Soldering: Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and soldering on various assemblies.
  
  
• Quality Control: Conduct basic continuity testing and visual inspections to ensure all units meet our safety and performance standards.
  
  
• Tool Mastery: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Ideally 1+ years in electrical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in soldering and the ability to identify various electrical components (resistors, capacitors, etc.).
  
  
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in "clean" wiring and spot-on accuracy.
  
  
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual dexterity tasks with ease.
  
  
• Safety First Mindset: A commitment to following all OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols.
