Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coordinate daily tasks for a team of 4–5 warehouse associates to ensure production goals are met.
- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks; ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and undamaged.
- Truck Delivery Support: Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with truck delivery logistics to ensure timely distribution of products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts, conduct cycle counts, and organize stock to maximize warehouse space.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Reporting: Complete daily operation sheets and communicate progress or issues to management.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Trucking/Logistics: Previous experience with truck delivery coordination and receiving protocols is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to meet shipping deadlines.
- Skills: strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking.
