We are looking for a high-caliber Maintenance Technician with a "mechanic-first" mindset to support our production facility. If you are the person who can hear a timing issue before it causes a breakdown and enjoys the challenge of high-speed automation, we want you on the floor.
While electrical knowledge is a "nice-to-have," your primary toolkit should be built on mechanical intuition, precision, and troubleshooting.
salary: $65,000 - $78,000 per year

Responsibilities
- The Go-To Expert: Install, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed packaging lines, tablet presses, mixers, and blenders.
- Preventative Pro: Execute PM schedules to stop downtime before it starts, ensuring our machinery operates at peak performance.
- Rapid Response: Partner with production teams to solve mechanical puzzles in real-time, minimizing line stoppages.
- Precision Work: Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment (lathes, mills) and use precision tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure perfect fits.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, safe environment while adhering to strict cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
