We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Houston, TX to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of repair and refurbishment projects. Must have 5–7 years of experience in project management and team leadership.You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading a dedicated team of technician leads and coordinators.

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of repair and refurbish projects to ensure they meet quality and budget requirements.
• Define project scope, specific objectives, timelines, and necessary resources.
• Manage daily project activities, coordinate team efforts, and track progress against milestones.
• Monitor and track the availability and usage of people, tools, and materials.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and maintain rigorous quality standards.
• Build strong relationships and keep both internal and external stakeholders informed of status, challenges, and key decisions.
• Inspire, motivate, and guide a team of 2-3 direct reports and various project contributors to achieve common goals.
• Finalize all documentation, conduct post-project reviews, and celebrate team successes.
