What You’ll Do
- Manage Automation: Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy dispensing technology and shipping systems.
- Master Logistics: Receive, log, and verify large-scale inventory; manage invoices and "flow" from dock to door.
- Precision Assembly: Assist Pharmacists in the mechanical labeling, packaging, and fulfillment of specialty orders.
- Problem Solve: Resolve order delays and equipment discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure a sterile, orderly site while following HIPAA and safety protocols.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Experience in warehouse, assembly, or logistics—you understand how systems work.
- Detail-Obsessed: You spot subtle differences in numbers/names that others miss.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, PDFs, and learning new software.
- Growth Mindset: High School diploma required; must be open to becoming a Pharmacy Technician.
- Communication: Fluent English to coordinate with our Patient Service Center.
