Are you a professional driver with a "customer-first" mindset and a clean safety record? We are looking for a reliable CDL Class B Driver to operate our 33-foot box trucks. This isn't just a driving job—you will be the face of our company, navigating city and interstate routes while ensuring our customers receive top-tier service.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Expert Navigation: Safely operate a 33-foot box truck (equipped with manual clutch and air brakes) through a variety of environments, including tight city streets, interstates, and smaller rural roadways.
- Efficient Delivery: Quickly learn and adapt to various delivery routes that may change throughout the week to meet customer demands.
- Customer Engagement: Use strong communication skills to interact with customers, determine their specific needs upon delivery, and represent the brand professionally.
- Physical Execution: This is a physically active role. You will be walking, standing, and sitting for long periods, as well as pushing/pulling carts weighing over 1,500 lbs and carrying totes up to 50 lbs.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid CDL Class B and a current Medical Card.
- Safety First: A clean driving record and background check are mandatory.
- Compliance: Full ability to comply with all DOT standards and regulations.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in operating a manual transmission (clutch), utilizing lift gates, and managing air brake systems.
- Communication: strong written and oral skills are essential for documentation and customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull heavy loads (1,500 lbs+) using provided equipment.
- Stamina to handle a mix of driving and physical labor throughout the shift.
salary: $41,600 - $44,200 per year
