Responsibilities
- Final Product Audits: Perform detailed visual and functional inspections on finished goods to ensure 100% compliance with engineering blueprints and company specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise digital logs of all inspections, non-conformances, and rework orders using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Equipment Calibration: Execute routine checks and basic calibration on precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to ensure data accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor the production floor during night operations to ensure all safety protocols are followed and the work environment remains hazard-free.
- Cross-Functional Feedback: Coordinate with the 2nd shift for handoffs and prepare detailed shift-end reports for the 1st shift Quality Manager to ensure seamless communication.
