Responsibilities
- Direct a small team of associates for a temporary project intended to last from approximately 4/1/26 - 7/31/26 the latest by assigning tasks based on daily volume and individual specialization to maximize output.
- Lead all inbound/outbound activities, ensuring shipments are processed according to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
- Track and post daily performance metrics (KPIs) for your area; provide real-time feedback and coaching to team members to improve productivity.
- Enforce all OSHA and CEVA-specific safety protocols. Conduct daily "toolbox talks" and ensure a clean, organized "5S" work environment.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, equipment failures, or inventory errors.
- Onboard and cross-train new associates on equipment (forklifts, RF scanners) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Must have experience with WMS and Sit Down Forklifts.
