In this role, you will play a vital part in manufacturing innovative rotator cuff repair devices. This is a highly technical position that requires extreme dexterity and focus, as you will spend the majority of your shift working under a microscope to tie small knots, thread anchors, and perform detailed quality checks on miniature components.
What We Offer:
- Stable Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
- Competitive Pay: $20–$24/hr based on your specific medical device experience.
- Controlled Environment: Work in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled cleanroom.
- Experience: At least 6 months of medical device assembly (1–2 years is ideal).
- Skillset: Proven ability to use a microscope for assembly and quality inspection.
- Reliability: Ability to pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel lab drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable wearing full cleanroom gear and lifting up to 20 lbs.
