Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Assembly: Read blueprints and shop drawings to take raw materials and turn them into finished products.
  
  
• Welding Excellence: Execute high-quality welds using MIG, TIG, or Stick (depending on the project) in various positions.
  
  
• Quality Control: Inspect your own work for pits, cracks, or imperfections—because your name is on it.
  
  
• Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols (you like your eyebrows, and we want you to keep them).
  
  
• Problem Solving: Adjusting heat and feed rates on the fly when the metal isn't behaving.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working weekends
