- Order Processing: Print and organize pick tickets and shipping labels for the warehouse floor team to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and sales departments regarding order status and stock availability. Responding and sending emails as needed
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical files for all warehouse transactions, safety inspections, and personnel logs.
- Facility & Supply Coordination: * Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office supplies and janitorial supplies (cleaning chemicals, paper towels, PPE).
- Physically stock and organize the supply closet and janitorial room to ensure items are accessible and tidy.
- Place replenishment orders within budget and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Experience: 6 months –1 years in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution administrative role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Communication: high verbal and written communication skills; (English/Spanish) is a significant plus in the San Diego market.
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment (occasionally noisy or temperature-variable) and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma required;
