Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our Union City facility, reporting directly to the COO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising warehouse operations to ensure all processes run efficiently.
- Improving order fulfillment efficiency by optimizing processes and implementing best practices.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular inventory checks and audits.
- Reducing shipping material costs by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Setting up and monitoring KPIs for warehouse performance.
- Improving staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and maintaining a safe environment.
- Being backup for Supervisors and performing other duties as assigned by the COO.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements and regulations.
- strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
