Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of high-speed industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures, including PLCs, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled inspections and lubrications to ensure equipment longevity and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Project Support: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new production machinery and facility upgrades.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify why a failure occurred and implement solutions to prevent a recurrence.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a pristine workspace and strictly adhere to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), Arc Flash, and food safety standards (GMP).
