We are looking for Rotary Die Cutters to transform a rough product into something complete. You will enable a local manufacturer to produce products on-time and to the customer’s requirement.

salary: $40,560 - $45,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

- Setting up Print Plates, UV for printing, and Press Controls with computer interface.

- Preparing accumulator for finished sheets.

- Preparing load and transfer tags for stock.

- Inputting production statistics into computer.

- Performing machine maintenance and minor repairs.

- Monitoring all job functions to match Specification Manual.

- Working from Production Card for proper instructions.

- Preparing paperwork for each order.

- Inspecting stock for proper specifications, ink for proper color and viscosity, and processed stock for quality using print sheets, mylar, and die-cut drawings.

- Completing Quality Check Sheet on back of Production Card.

- Following all safety policies/procedures including, but not limited to following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures,
maintaining neat and orderly work area, and monitoring all job functions to match safety policies.



The essential functions of this role include:
