Responsibilities
- Perform physical dimension measurements and visual inspections of parts at incoming, floor-level, and final assembly stages.
- Analyze test records and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) to ensure 100% conformity to design intent.
- Prepare source inspection packages for on-site customer reviews and perform First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate manufacturing repeatability.
- Identify, report, and scrap nonconforming products via the Material Review Board (MRB).
- Collaborate with the Production Engineering Manager to recommend adjustments to production processes based on inspection trends.
- Perform solder workmanship inspections in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards.
