Responsibilities
Performs packing, stacking, and inspection requirements for each of the different production
lines.
• Prepares packaging for filling at the appropriate line.
• Communicates production concerns to line leaders, supervisors, mechanics, and quality control.
• Completes material handling as needed to keep the line supplied.
• Operates equipment such as labelers, case erectors, case packers.
• Performs and documents verification checks to ensure output of acceptable products
accurately.
• Verify proper codes are on all packaging.
• Follow proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including wearing personal protective
equipment.
• Adheres to all safety requirements.
• Assist Operators in meeting line requirements to ensure fluent delivery of cases to the end
customer.
• Clean, organize, perform rework, dumps bottles and other tasks associated with driving
performance efficiency in the operation of the manufacturing environment.
• Learn 5S standards and help to drive them throughout all assigned activities.
