- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- 5 axis experience is preferred
- Proficiency in operating milling machines and familiarity with Fanuc controls.
- skills in blueprint reading and understanding of machining processes.
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
