We are currently hiring for a temporary bilingual Logistics Supervisor in Doral, FL (33166). This project-based role has an estimated duration of 3–6 months. The ideal candidate must have prior experience within the 3PL logistics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, delegating, and actively participating in daily warehouse operations. You will ensure the safe, accurate, and on-time execution of all inbound, inventory, pick/pack, and outbound activities. Additionally, you will manage these processes using the customer’s specific WMS and dispatch portal.

salary: $27 - $29 per hour

Responsibilities

The Temporary Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations for a customer‑dedicated project, ensuring safe, accurate, and on‑time execution of inbound, inventory, pick/pack, and outbound activities using the customer’s WMS and dispatch portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily work of administrative staff, dispatcher, and material handlers.

- Ensure accurate order processing through the customer’s WMS and compliance with customer work instructions.

- Coordinate dispatch activities to support on‑time delivery commitments.

- Oversee inbound receiving, quantity verification, put‑away, and location accuracy.

- Supervise picking, packing, staging, and loading of outbound orders.

- Enforce facility safety rules and ensure safe forklift operation by authorized personnel.

- Monitor daily performance and escalate issues impacting service or safety.



Qualifications

- Prior warehouse or distribution supervisory experience required.

- strong knowledge of inbound, pick/pack, and outbound operations.

- Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling equipment.



Project Expectations

- Dedicated exclusively to the assigned customer account.

- Maintain service quality for the full project duration.

- Support transition or closeout activities as directed.
