Responsibilities
Primary Job Duties
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the final "touch" on our high-tech circuit boards. This is a highly repetitive role that requires a steady hand and a sharp eye.
- Final Assembly: Manually install final connections and components onto circuit boards.
- Precision Work: Use hand dexterity and occasional small hand tools to ensure perfect placement.
- Production Targets: Maintain a steady pace to meet the goal of 15 builds per hour.
- Packaging: Carefully package completed units for shipping (labeling is handled by a separate department).
