- Pay: $20.00 / hour
- Duration: May through July (Temporary Project)
- Location: Hugo, MN
- Schedule: Full-time hours available (Specific shifts to be discussed)
- Unloading: Manually unloading shipments of boxed figurines from containers.
- Quality Inspection: Opening individual boxes to inspect statues for damage, defects, or shipping wear-and-tear.
- Repacking/Loading: Safely resealing approved products and loading them for outgoing transit.
- Heavy Lifting: Frequently lifting, carrying, and stacking boxes throughout an entire shift.
- Repetitive Motion: Bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Noticing small chips or cracks in delicate figurines to ensure only the best product reaches our customers.
- Reliability: We are on a tight timeline from May to July—we need team members who show up ready to work.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading & Staging: Manually unload shipping containers and palletize incoming boxes of figurines in an organized manner.
- Quality Control Inspection: Open individual packaging to conduct thorough visual checks for chips, cracks, or paint defects.
- Detailed Handling: Carefully handle fragile statue products to ensure no damage occurs during the inspection process.
- Repackaging: Securely reseal and repack products into original or secondary shipping materials following successful inspection.
- Outbound Loading: Manually load processed boxes onto outbound trucks or storage racks, ensuring efficient use of space and load stability.
- Physical Endurance: Maintain a high pace of physical labor, including repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching for the duration of the shift.
- Inventory Tracking: Accurate reporting of damaged goods and total units processed to the project supervisor.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace to prevent breakage and injury.
