Qualifications for the 2026 Market:
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in transportation dispatch or fleet supervision.
- California Expertise: Working knowledge of BIT (Basic Inspection of Terminals) and latest CARB emissions reporting standards.
- Tech Proficiency: Mastery of ELD platforms (Samsara, Motive, or Geotab) and enterprise TMS software.
- Decision-making: Ability to make high-pressure routing decisions based on Bay Area traffic patterns (880, 101, and 580 corridors).
- Direct Access: We place you directly into permanent roles with full benefits—no long-term "temping."
- Negotiation Power: We ensure your salary reflects the high specialized knowledge required for California transportation laws.
- Local Knowledge: We know which yards are in Hayward and which are in San Jose; we match you to the commute that works for you.

Responsibilities
- Fleet Orchestration: Dispatch and route a fleet of 20–50+ drivers (Company & Sub-contracted) using advanced TMS and GPS tracking tools.
- Compliance Management: Ensure 100% adherence to FMCSA/DOT hours of service (HOS) and CARB (California Air Resources Board) Clean Truck Check and drayage registration requirements.
- Driver Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for driver issues, coaching on safety, and leading retention initiatives in a competitive labor market.
- Efficiency Optimization: Monitor "Empty Miles" and fuel consumption to drive down operational costs while maintaining 99% on-time delivery.
- Strategic Communication: Liaise between warehouse operations, customers, and port authorities (Port of Oakland) to resolve delays in real-time.
