Responsibilities
1. Blending raw material per formula and record inventory usages in database; notifying Operators of any
blending and/or equipment issues.
2. Cleaning all blending equipment.
3. Removing film rolls from winder, labelling and packaging rolls and preparing skids for shipping.
4. Entering production-related data
5. Assisting in cleaning and assembling
6. Performing in-process inspections visually and/or utilizing measuring tools.
7. Reporting non-conformances to the Operators and working with them to resolve the cause(s) of the
defect(s).
8. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment around all work areas and equipment.
9. Safely operating all manufacturing machinery and equipment, inspection tools and material handling
equipment; and reporting any issues to supervisors.
