We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you won't just manage headcount; you will orchestrate the intersection of human talent, automated systems, and real-time data. You are responsible for driving safety, quality, and output while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical agility.  

• Experience: 3–5+ years in a supervisory role within a high-volume manufacturing environment (Automotive, Food/Bev, or Electronics preferred).
  
  
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using digital production tools, CMMS, and basic navigation of PLC-driven machinery.
  
  
• Lean Toolbox: Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
  
  
• Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to manage diverse teams, navigate labor challenges, and maintain high morale during high-pressure production runs.
  
  
• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is a strong plus. Responsibilities
