As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the fab. You’ll manage photo resist inventory, support material delivery, and maintain proper storage and tracking to enable high-quality semiconductor manufacturing. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure materials are available, compliant, and ready for use. Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Deliver photo resist bottles to fabrication areas and support bottle change activities following standard procedures while ensuring safe handling and transport of materials
- Receive, stock, scan, and track materials in inventory systems; perform routine counts and maintain accurate records
- Manage material aging and stock rotation based on usage and shelf life; monitor storage conditions including refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- Review inventory and usage to support timely ordering and coordinate with teams to maintain material availability
- Work across rotating shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment; document issues and support effective shift handoffs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and manufacturing policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders and build solid working relationships across departments
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade environment
- Solid aptitude for material handling and inventory control, with a basic understanding of storage systems, tracking tools, and safe chemical handling practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new systems and procedures quickly
- A high level of initiative, a curious mind, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Flexibility to work off-hours
